摘  要:目的:探讨低场强梯度回波短时反转恢复序列(GE-STIR)在膝关节骨挫伤中的应用。方法:通过30例膝关节外伤病例均行X线平片、SE、TSE和GE-STIR序列中的影像表现,分析GE-STIR序列的优越性。结果:MRI检查共有36个骨挫伤病灶,其形态表现为斑片状或地图状及不规则状改变,信号不均匀。T_1WI发现31个(86%),呈低信号;T_2WI发现29个(80%),呈高信号;在GE-STIR序列上病灶全部显示(100%),呈明显高信号;X线平片未发现一个病灶。结论:GE-STIR序列对骨挫伤的诊断具有高度的敏感性,能显示微小的骨髓水肿和充血,对膝关节外伤具有较高诊断价值。Objective To discuss the clinical application of gradient echo short time inversion recovery (GE-STIR) in the diagnosis of bone contustion of knee joint with lower field MR. Methods Thirty cases of injury of knee joint were examed SE series,TSE series,GE-STIR series and X-ray plain film tO analyze the saperiority of STIR series. Results MRI found 36 lesions, their shapes were patchy; map-like and irregular, their signals were inhomogeneous. TLWI detected 31 (86%) as low signal; T2WI detected 29 (80%)as high signal; and all of the lesions were shown on the GE-STIR series( 100% ) as high signal; No lesion of all patients was found on X-ray plain film. Gonclusion GE-STIR series has high sensitivity in the diagnosis of bone contusion, and it can show the tiny marrow edema and trabeculae. It has high value for the diagnosis of injury of knee joint.
