螺旋振动树脂砂再生设备的研究

摘　　要：通过实验，测出当电机转速为1700r／min时，激振和抛料指数都处于最佳状态，再生效果最好．在此转速下，测定了鼓风、引风以及改变两振动电机之间的距离对再生效果的影响．给出了再生后残留杂质的去除方式．It is measured by experiments that when the rotational speed is 1 700r/min the exciting force and thethrowing index number are optimum value,the result of reclamation is the best. At the rotational speed,it is measuredthat it products the effect on experiment results to blow air,induce air and change the distance of two vibtating electrical machinery. It is giren that the method get rid of the remains after reclamation.
