气相色谱-质谱法分析羌活挥发油成分

摘　　要：目的定性、定量分析羌活挥发油成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱检测,通过化学计量学解析法对二维色谱/质谱数据进行解析,得到各组分的纯色谱曲线和质谱,从而实现对羌活挥发油成分的定性、定量分析。结果鉴定了52个羌活挥发油成分,占挥发油成分总含量的80.79%。结论羌活挥发油主要成分是2,6,6-三甲基-二环[3.1.1]庚-2-烯(21.65%),6,6-二甲基-2-亚甲基-二环[3.1.1]庚烷(19.06%),D-柠檬烯(4.46%),1-甲基-4-异丙基-1,4-环己二烯(3.74%),4-甲基-1-异丙基-3-环己-1-醇(3.47%)。Objective To analyze the volatile constituents of Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii （ RsRN ） quali- tatively and quantitatively. Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS ）, chemometric resolution method （CRM ） , and normalization methods were employed. Results Fifty-two volatile constituents were deter- mined, accounting for 80.79% of total contents of volatile constituents of RsRN. Conclusion The main volatile compounds of RsRN are 2,6,6-trimethyl-Bicyclo[ 3.1.1 ] hept-2-ene （21.65%）, 6,6-dimethyl-2-methylene-Bicy- clo [ 3. 1. 1 ] heptane （ 19.06% ）, D-Limonene （ 4.46% ）, 1-methyl-4-（ 1-methylethyl ） -1,4-Cyclohexadiene （ 3. 74% ）, 4-methyl-1 - （ 1 -methylethyl ） -3-Cyclohexen-1 -ol （ 3.47% ） .
