白及胶提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的探讨白及胶提取的影响因素,确定适宜的提取条件。方法以白及胶提取得率为指标进行正交试验设计,考察了加水量,回流提取时间,醇沉浓度等三个因素对白及胶提取率的影响。结果最佳提取制备工艺:加水量为12倍,回流时间为2 h,醇沉浓度为80%。结论该方法提取白及胶稳定可行。Objective To research the influence of factors on the extract and optimize the extraction condition for gum bletilla from Bletilla striat. Methods The orthogonal design was used to study 3 factors, including the amount of water added , reflux extraction time and alcohol-precipitation concentration . Results The optimal extract process is as follows： 12 times of water, 2 hour of reflux extraction time and 80% alcohol as precipitating agent. Conclusion The process proved to be stable and feasible.
