摘 要:研究了R1、R2、R3的性能及其配制的型砂常温和高温性能,进而优化出由R1、R2、R3组成的3R粉。由3R粉和煤粉配制的型砂进行了常温和高温性能的比较。结果表明,3R粉型砂性能优于煤粉砂性能。3R粉不但光亮碳生成率高,而且可以提高型砂的热湿拉强度和降低热压应力,延长型砂的爆热起皮时间。3R粉对膨润土的毒化作用小。经浇注试验表明3R粉有较好的防粘砂、抗夹砂效果。The properties of R1,R2 and R3 were studyed in the meantime their molding sands room temperature properties and high temperature properties were tested when R1,R2 and R3 in the molding sands respectively, then 3R powder consist of R1,R2 and R3 was optimized. In this paper the seacoal's molding sand, room temperature properties and high temperature properties were compare with that of the 3R's molding sand the result of the properties of the 3R's molding sand is superior to that of the seacoal's 3R not only has higher lustrous carbon productive ration but also can improve the molding sand green thermal strenth prolong the high temperature crack time, decrease the thermal compression stress. 3R is hardly to poison bentonite and the produtive tests indicate: 3R has nice effect in preventing metal penetration.
