摘 要:研究了高温铸造镍基合金GH33激光表面熔铸镍基合金涂层的组织与性能。结果表明,基体对涂层合金的稀释较小,涂层与基体之间形成良好的冶金结合;X射线衍射分析表明,涂层基体组织为γNi枝晶,枝晶间为γNi、M23(CB)6、Ni3B、Cr2B、CrB、WC。涂层显微硬度分布均匀,涂层耐磨性能较基体高10倍以上。通过组织与性能的综合评价,得出了激光熔铸涂层的最佳工艺参数。In the present paper,the microstructure and properties of Ni based alloy coating on the high temperature Ni based cast alloy GH33 by laser surface melt casting had been studied.The experimental results showed that the substrate had a small dilution to coating alloy,and the excellently metallurgical bonding was formed between coating and substrate.The results of X ray diffraction indicated that the essential phase was γ Ni dendrite,and there also were other phases such as γ Ni,M 23 (CB) 6,Ni 3B,Cr 2B,CrB and WC in the coating.The distribution of microhardness in coating was homogeneous.The wear resistance of coating was accelarated ten times than that of substrate.The best technological parameters of laser surface melt casting were obtained through comprehensive analysis of structure and properties.
