摘　　要：总结了我厂焊管机组几年来品种开发的经验和存在的问题，并对小型普通焊管机组品种开发谈了几点看法，指出品种开发应从企业的发展、市场、技术、设备、资金投入、效益等方面考虑。The paper introduces the experiences and problems in produce-development in the writer's works for present years, puts forward the writer's view on development of products in small-type normal welded pipe mill, points out that the development of enterprise, market, technology, equipments, investment, benifit and some other factors should be think over in product-development.
