摘  要:对焊管轧辊使用的钢种变迁进行了剖析。通过对比45#钢和GCr15钢的性能和制造工艺及成本的差异,探讨了在45#钢基体上堆焊耐磨合金,制造成本低、硬度高、耐磨性好的双金属焊管轧辊的可行性,并进行了试制和工业应用。The change of steels used for welded pipe roll is analysed by comparing the properties. Manufacturing process and production cost of 45# steel with that of GCr15 steel. The feasibility of a new kind of double-metal roll, which is made by hardfacing a 45# steel core with anti-friction alloy, is probed. In order to produce a high anti-friction welded pipe roll with lower cost, an experiment based on the disscused ideal has been performed, and the double-metal rolls were tested in actural welded pipe production.
