摘　　要：采用正交设计研究不同激素配比对菊叶薯蓣叶片产生愈伤组织的影响,为利用愈伤组织进行离体快繁和薯蓣皂素生产奠定基础。结果表明:2,4-D对诱导菊叶薯蓣愈伤组织起主要作用,但与细胞分裂素和生长素间存在一定的互作效应,诱导菊叶薯蓣愈伤组织最佳培养基为MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L+IAA 1.0 mg/L,愈伤组织诱导率达69%。The effect of phytohormone on callus induction of Dioscorea composite was investigated by orthogonal design, which would promote the study of the rapid propagation and diosgenin production of D. composite by callus. The results showed that 2, 4 - D was the key phytohormone for callus induction and the interaction between 2, 4 - D, auxins and cytokinins was found. The optimal medium for callus induction was MS ＋ 2, 4 - D 1.0 mg/L ＋ KT1.0 mg/L ＋ IAA1.0 mg/L and the ratio of callus induction reached 69%.
