摘 要:针对被水稻专家视为高增产比率的钵盘育水稻秧苗移栽种植工艺,论述了钵苗有序移栽机构的国内外研究现状,介绍了几种典型钵苗有序移栽机构的结构原理和研究成果。将钵苗有序移栽机构分为"钵盘取出式"和"钵体苗排序式"两类工作模式,指出了两类机构存在的一些问题:前者易伤秧、损坏钵盘、结构复杂且生产效率偏低;后者易碎钵且株距均匀性不易保证。"钵盘取出式"为两种形式,即夹苗式和顶出式。顶出式是一种比较好的移栽模式,在现有顶出形式的基础上,简化结构、提高机构的工作可靠性和作业效率,是钵苗有序移栽机构的研究方向。Plotted Rice-seedling throwing transplantion is a new technology, which is recommended as a planting process with the higher rate of increasing production by rice experts. The current developments of the Ordered throwing mechanism were discussed, and several typical ordered throwing mechanism were introduced in this paper. The ordered throwing mechanism were categorized into "separating plotted Rice-seedling from tray" and "sorting plotted Rice-seedling". Their main problems were as follows: the former is liable to hurt rice-seedling or tray or has complex mechanism, or lower efficiency , the latter is liable to break up plot and have unproportional inter-plant space. The former was thought as the better transplanting mode. It was pointed out that Simple transplantion mechanism with high reliability and work efficiency is the direction of developing "separating plotted Rice-seedling from tray" ordered throwing mechanism.
