摘　　要：饲料混合机作为饲料加工过程中的主要设备,其性能的好坏将直接影响饲料产品的质量和生产效率。传统的饲料混合机不仅效率不高,而且配料精度低,能耗比较大,已经不能满足饲料业的发展要求。翻转式双轴浆叶式混合机具有混合周期短、混合效果好、能耗低、出料干净和对不同物料混合的适应性强等优点,它把入料口和出料口合二为一,卸料速度快,残留量小,可使物料进行多方位的复合运动和在失重区域内的自由运动,避免了比重和颗粒度差异较大的物料组分在混合中产生偏析与再度分级现象,确保了混合均匀度。The feed mixer took in the feed processing process the leading equipment, its performance quality directly will affect the feed product the quality and the production efficiency. Not only the traditional feed mixer the efficiency is not high, moreover the ingredient precision is low, the energy consumption quite is big, already could not satisfy the feed industry development request; The turn over type tWO axle thick liquid leaf type mixer has the mix cycle short, the mix effect good, the energy consumption low, the material clean, to the different material mix compatibility strong and so on the merits. It through enters the material mouth and the discharge hole combines, causes the ex-dinning to be fast, the residual quantity is small; Through the material multi-position compound motion and in the weightlessness region free motion, has avoided the proportion and the granularity difference big material component has the segregation in the mix and grades once again the phenomenon, has guaranteed the high mix uniformity.
