摘 要:简述了农业面源污染的现状。结合我国农业的发展趋势,在非工程措施上提出了采用经济杠杆进行调节、规划上转变农业增长方式、财政上加大投入、加强环境立法、加强环境教育以及建立多元化融资机制的调控对策;工程措施上提出了发展沼气治理农村面源、建立湿地和衍生系统、建设水体周边保护缓冲带及发展生态拦截沟等方面的措施。最后指出,农业面源污染治理中通过有关管理部门和农村农业技术推广体系,建立源头控制的监督机制是当务之急。Briefly expounded on the current situation of China's agricultural non-point pollution. Combination the development trend of China's agriculture ,using economic instruments, change the mode of growth in agriculture, increase financial input ,strengthen environmental legislation, to enhance environmental education and to establish a diversified financing mechanism control measures was proposed in non-engineering measures . The development of biogas, building wetlands and their derivatives system, building a body of water buffer zone and the development of eco-ditch interception of such measures were put forward in engineering measures. In the end ,the article noted that through the promotion of agricultural technology and rural management system, to establish monitoring mechanisms to control the source is a top priority in agricultural non-point pollution control.
