摘　　要：通过评标活动中的角色类型的抽取,提出一个基于Multi-Agent的智能评标模型框架,来模拟实际专家的评定过程,实现标书的智能评定,并深入探讨了该模型中功能Agent的设计、知识表示和通信机制的设计方法。By abstracting the role types from the bid evaluation activity, the paper puts forward a Multi- Agent intelligence bid evaluation model to imitating the process that the actual expert assess the bid. Then discusses the method of the function agent＇s designing, knowledge denotation and communication mechanism designing in detail.
