猁猞染色体核型研究

摘　　要：采用外周血淋巴细胞培养和常规染色体分析技术,对西宁动物园饲养的猞猁染色体核型进行了研究,结果显示:①猞猁二倍体细胞的染色体数目为2n=38,分为19对;②18对(36条)为常染色体,其形态类型为10M+10sM+12sT+4A;③1对为性染色体,其形态类型 X 为 sM、Y 为 sT;④公母猞猁染色体核型式分别为38,XY 和38,XX,染色体总臂数 NF=72(♂,♀)。The chromosome karyotype of lynx rearing in Xining Zoo have been studied by methods of peripheral blood lymphocytes cultu- re and conventional chromosome analysis technique.The results show- ed as follows=(1)The diploid chromosome number of lynx was 2n=38 and classify 19 pairs.(2)18 pairs(36)autosomes which sha- pe type are made up of 10 metacentrie+10 submetacentric+12 subtel- ocentric+4acrocentric.(3)1 pairs is sex-chromosomes which shape type are made up the X submetacentrie and the Y subteloeentric resp- ectively.(4)The chromosome karyotypes of female and male lynx are 38,XX and 38,XY respeetively.The chromosome total arms number (NF)is 72(female and male).
