摘　　要：利用计算机编程语言和XML数据处理技术来实现YiWin彝文到方正unicode彝文的转换,可以很方便地将Yi-Win彝文转换并升级为符合国际标准的彝文字符.同时文中涉及到的开发思路和原理对其他民族文字信息处理中的类似问题也提供了一个可参考的解决方案,具有一定的借鉴作用.The paper explains how to realize the conversion from YiWin Yi characters to Fangzheng Unicode Yi character with the help of the Java programming language. By using computer programming language and XML Dlata processing techndogy, the YiWin Yi characters can be upgreded to meet the national standard easily, it will be helpful to solve the similar problems of other ethnic language .
