摘　　要：指出新语法学派在语言学史上占有重要的位置。该学派的理论深刻地影响了索绪尔和其他语言学派,对结构主义语言学的形成起到了一定的促进作用。尽管其理论本身存在着很多缺陷,但在当时的历史背景下仍是有进步意义的,改变了当时历史比较语言学的研究方向,在语言学史上起着承上启下的作用。Neo-grammarians is of great significance in the history of modem linguistics. The theory of Neo-grammarians deeply influences Saussure and other linguistic schools, providing a platform for the formation of some linguistic theories and promoting the development of structural linguistics.
