摘 要:用于抗冲击侵彻的低树脂含量芳纶织物层压复合材料(树脂质量分数在14%-20%)具有与一般结构复合材料不同的性质。利用分离式Hopkinson压杆装置对该复合材料进行了高应变率下的面外压缩试验,并在万能试验机下进行了准静态的压缩。获得3个高应变率及准静态下的应力—应变曲线,并观察不同应变率下的破坏形貌。结果表明:低树脂含量芳纶织物层压复合材料的应力和应变是与应变率相关的,与准静态相比,高应变率下的最大应力和失效应变都较小;高应变率范围内(1600-2200 s^-1),随着应变率的增加,最大应力呈下降的趋势。The aramid fabric laminated composite with low resin mass fraction (about 14% to 20%) used as anti-impact and bullet-proof material has special mechanical behaviors which are different from normal structural composites. In this paper, the high strain rate through-the-thickness compressive performance of this composite is studied by a Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB), and the quasi-static compression is tested using the material universal testing machine. The stress-strain plots at 3 high strain rates and quasi-static are obtained, and the fracture at different strain rates is observed. The results indicate that the stress and strain of this composite are rate sensitive: compared with the quasi-static situation, the maximum stress and the failure strain at high strain rates are lower; the maximum stress decreases with the in- creasing of strain rate in the high strain rate range (1600 s^-1 to 2200 s^- 1).
