摘  要:对FeCl3、FeCl2、CuSO4、K2Cr2O74种金属盐处理后彩棉纤维的部分颜色特性进行了初步比较研究。研究表明,金属盐处理可使棕棉和绿棉的颜色深度明显增加,颜色中的红光和黄光组分减少。对绿棉产品,色泽将更趋向于绿色。金属盐处理后彩棉产品的色泽变化,主要是因为金属离子和彩棉色素的化学作用,金属盐本色对彩棉产品的色泽影响不大。在4种金属盐中,铁盐具有最大的颜色增深效果。FeCl3处理后,在日晒、加热和酸性条件处理后,颜色会进一步加深。但FeCl3处理后可使彩棉的色泽在pH12的条件下更加稳定。这种性能对于提高彩棉产品的家用洗涤色泽稳定是有利的。Four metal salts, FeCl3, FeCl2, CuSO4 and KzCr2O2 are used to treat the naturally colored cottons (NCC), and the resulting color properties of NCC are compared and evaluated. The metal salts treatment can result in the deepening of shade depth, and the red and yellow composition in the color is decreased. For the green NCC, the color after treatment is greener. The color change of NCC after metal salts treatment is attributed to the chemical reaction probably between the pigments and salt ions. Out of four metal salts, iron ones have the greatest effect on the shade deepening. The light shinning, hot and acidic condition treatment further deepen the shade depth of FeCl3 treated NCC, however, the alkali condition treatment can stabilize the color, and result in much less color change, indicating the FeCl3 treatment can be beneficial to decreasing the color change of NCC based product after home laundering.
