摘　　要：张士卿教授根据多年临床经验,认为小儿紫癜性肾炎是由热、毒、瘀等因素引起,临床治疗中从审病机、选主方入手,注重益脾肾、消蛋白,将活血化瘀贯穿始终,临床收效显著,值得借鉴。Based on years of clinical experience, professor Zhang Shiqing suggested that children with henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis was caused by heat, drugs, and factors such as bruising. In the clinical treatment of patients from the trial, starting with the main elections, the focus on the beneficial the spleen and kidney, absorbing protein, blood circulation beginning to the end, and the clinical effect was significant which was worth learning from.
