摘  要:从寿命延长控制(LEC)的概念出发,建立了基于寿命管理的锅炉启动优化模型。应用有限元方法计算出启动过程中锅炉汽包的应力,从理论上分析了多阶段升温升压的合理性;并在多阶段离线启动优化中引入了模拟退火遗传算法;最后设计了基于MAS架构的计算模型。这一启动优化模型可用于锅炉冷态启动中的汽包应力的在线管理。From the point of view of life extension control ( LEC), an optimization model of boiler start-up process has been built based on boiler life management system. Rationality of raising temperature and pressure in multi-steps is being theoretically analyzed on the basis of calculated results of boiler drum stress using finite element method. Simulated annealing genetic algorithm was introduced during optimization of multi-step off-line start-up processes. A calculation model for boiler start-up optimization based on MAS structure was finally designed, which may be used for on-line management of the drum stress during cold start of boiler.
