摘 要:针对某1025 t/h W型火焰锅炉过热器超温,火焰稳定性差等问题,建立了冷态试验台,并对炉内流动状况进行了单相试验。研究发现:现存在拱上主气流下行深度过浅,火焰行程较短,炉膛充满度较差等问题。利用FLUENT软件对不同F层二次风倾角下炉内的流场进行了模拟。结果表明:适当调整F层二次风倾角,可以有效延长火焰行程,增大拱下回流区,并推荐了最佳角度。In order to solve the problems like superheater overheating and poor flame stability etc of a 1 025 t/h W-shaped flame boiler, a cold-state test rig was built on which sing/e-phase experiments were carried out for studying the aerodynamic field in the furnace. Actual examination on the furnace indicates that above troubles were caused by deficiencies such as too little depth of main gas flowing downwards above the arch, too short travel and poor coverage of flame etc. Using FLUENT software, flow field in the furnace under different ejection angles of secondary air at F layer was simulated. Simulation results show that the flame travel and circumfluence zone may be effectively elongated and enlarged by properly adjusting the secondary air-ejecting angles from which an optimum angle is finally recommended.
