摘　　要：针对当前提升机摩擦衬垫摩擦性能测定的现状,提出一种基于PLC和虚拟仪器技术的衬垫摩擦系数的新型测量装置。着重介绍了该装置的测量方法,硬件组成及软件的设计。新技术的采用使衬垫摩擦系数的测定具有较高的精度和可靠性。Aims at the measurement actuality of the friction liner in the hoist, proposes a new kind of measurement device of the liner friction coefficient. The method of the measurement, hardware composition and software design of the device are emphatically introduced. The use of these new technologies makes the measurement of liner friction coefficient have higher accuracy and reliability.
