摘　　要：针对减速器振动信号的非线性特征,用关联维数定量地刻画减速器的运行状态。利用Labview建立了减速器在线检测测量系统与Matlab的接口,在Matlab中计算振动信号的关联维数。最后以一组实验为例,验证了该系统可以在线、快速、准确地判断减速器运行状态。The correlation dimension of the fractal dimension is a good one to directly reflect nmning features of rotor systems, it can give the quantitative description about rotor running fault and its level. The online measurement system is built based on Labview and Matlab platform, which can calculate the correlation dimension rapidly. The experimental results are given at four different velocities, which testifies the validation, speediness and nicety of the measurement subsequently.
