摘 要:研究了铈对电沉积锌-铁合金镀液及镀层性能的影响,通过分散能力、阴极极化曲线测定,得出在镀液中添加一定量的氯化亚铈能改善镀液性能。通过镀层耐蚀性、抗高温氧化性及镀层表面形貌测试表明,定量铈的参与,可获得更加致密的镀层,可有效提高镀层的耐蚀性及抗高温氧化性。The effects of cerium additive on the Zn- Fe alloy electrodeposition bath and coating were investigated. Measurements of thorwing power and cathodic polarization curves showed that the bath property could be improved obviously with a certain amount of cerous chloride in the bath. Corrosion test, oxidation resistance test and scanning electron microscope analysis showed that dense Zn-Fe alloy coating was obtained by adding cerium additive in the bath, which could improve the corrosion and oxidation resistance of the coating.
