摘 要:磷渣比表面积、磷渣掺量、窑灰掺量影响着水泥体系物理性能,研究表明:配置高掺量磷渣硅酸盐水泥,磷渣细度应控制在比表面积500m^2/kg左右为宜。窑灰作为混合材,其最佳掺量应控制在15%左右。掺加15%的窑灰对配制大掺量磷渣硅酸盐水泥浆体的性能将有显著的改善,特别是后期强度,与不掺窑灰的浆体相比,掺15%窑灰的浆体28d抗压、抗折强度分别提高了22.3%、28.8%。Study on the effect of specific surface of phosphorous slag, mixing quantity of phosphorous slag and kiln dust on the physical properties of cement system shows that the Blane fineness of phosphorous slag should be controlled within about 500m^2/kg for producing large quantity mingled phosphorous slag Portland cement. Being one kind of admixture,the best optimum mingled quantity of kiln dust should be controlled in approximately 15%,which will obviously improve the properties of the mortar made by large quantity mingled phosphorous slag Portland cement.Especially for late-period strength, compared with those mortar without kiln dust mingled,28d compression strength and flexural strength of mortars mingled with 15% kiln dusts have raised 22.3% and 28.8% respectively.
