摘　　要：国内外各大电信运营商都在积极地推动电信企业运营模式转型,其转型的原因是电信产业价值链已经并且正在发生着深刻的变化。其中,电信产业价值链演化的动因、演化的趋势是电信企业确定转型目标和建立新的商业运营模式的基础。关于促使电信产业价值链发生演变的原因、演变的模式、演变的趋势以及产业链的演变对企业运营模式的影响有着大量研究,本文在学者的现有研究基础上给出了关于电信产业价值链演变路径较为完整的认识框架。The telecommunication operators in domestic and abroad are pushing the transformation of business model in telecom cooperate actively, the reason for transformation of telecom industry value chain has been changed deeply and undergoes profound evolvement. The tendency of telecom industry value chain is a base, on which the telecom cooperate can identify the goal for transfering and establishing new business model. Scientists have researched the reasons, the model, the tendency and the influence, which all promote the value chain to change, to get fruitful results. The paper summarizes the research, puts forward a whole integrate design for telecom industry value chain change.
