摘　　要：介绍了目前电力系统安全运行的重要监控手段—EMS系统和遥视系统,提出一种基于多Agent的监控系统模型,给出它的体系结构,讨论其协同工作策略。将Agent主体视为遥视系统和EMS系统,遥视Agent和EMS Agent又可分解为多Agent系统,利用Internet的信息资源,使在线的多Agent协同工作,实现遥视系统与EMS系统的功能结合。This paper introduces remote vision system and EMS, the important monitoring means for power system. It proposes a new model of monitoring system based on multi-agent, gives out its structure and discusses its cooperative strategy. Agents are regarded as remote vision system and EMS which can be decomposed into multi-agent system. By using the information resource on the Interuet, the cooperative work of on-line multi-agent is supported, so the functional combination of remote vision system and EMS are realized.
