摘 要:黄光波段的激光在生物医学、空间目标探测和识别、激光显示、化学等领域有着广泛的应用前景,近年来人们对全固态黄光激光器进行了大量的研究。简述了全固态黄光激光器的发展历史和研究现状。对黄光激光的产生方式进行了讨论,重点介绍两种获得黄光激光的非线性光学方法:和频和受激拉曼散射效应。在和频方式的讨论中,对比分析了腔内和腔外两种和频方式。分析了三种不同技术途径的全固态拉曼黄光激光器。介绍了通过直接倍频红外激光获得黄光激光的研究情况。最后指出了全固态黄光激光器的发展方向。Due to the wide applications of yellow laser in the fields of biomedicine, detection and identification of space object,laser display and chemistry, extensive research on all-solid-state yellow lasers has been carried out recently.The development history and status quo of all-solid- state yellow lasers were briefly covered. Different ways to generate yellow laser were discussed, especially two nonlinear-optical methods of sum-frequency mixing and stimulated Raman scattering (SRS). In the discussion of sum-frequency mixing, the intracavity and extracavity sum- frequency generations were compared. Three different technical approaches of all-solid-state Raman yellow lasers were analysed.The research of infrared sources directly frequency-doubled to obtain yellow laser was simply introduced.Finally the development trend of all-solid-state yellow lasers was pointed out.
