摘 要:目前国内修建高速公路从行车快速、舒适、稳定等因素考虑,一般多采用沥青混凝土面层+半刚性基层结构类型,为加强路面结构各层之间的结合,提高路面结构整体性,同时防止雨水渗入基层造成病害,设计在沥青面层与基层之间设置下封层,一般在基层顶喷洒透层油后进行下封层的铺筑,起到防水、封缝、粘结、应力吸收薄膜夹层(SAMI)等作用。文章结合江苏连(云港)盐(城)高速公路的工程实践,对沥青下封层的施工组织以及施工质量控制进行了论述。Nowadays, in domestic, to build the expressway generally adpots the asphalt concrete surface together with the type of semi-rigid basal structure. To strengthen the combination of the layers in the pavement structure, improve the integrity of the road structure at the same time, prevent rainwater infiltrate to the base to cause disease, the road is designed to set one layer between the asphalt surface and the basal structure. The layer's paving is always after spraying oil to the top of the basal structure to take effect on waterproof, sealed joints, bonding, stress absorption membrane interlayer (SAMI) and others. This paper, in association with the engineering practice of the expressway of Salt City, Lianyun Harbor, Jiangsu province, discuss the construction organizations of the basal layer of asphalt as well as the control of construction quality.
