摘　　要：针对天丝纤维得色量不高,易擦伤原纤化等加工难点,具体介绍了高支高密天丝织物的活性印花生产工艺。通过试验,分析了天丝活性印花中助剂及蒸化时间对得色量的影响,探讨了烧毛、退浆、冷轧、印前定形、制网、调浆、印花和后整理等具体工艺,指出了操作注意事项。Based on unique characteristics and difficulties in manufacturing, technological process of reactive printing of highcount and high-density Tencel fabric is detailed. Via trials, effects of auxiliaries and steaming time on color yield of reactive dyestuffs on Tencel fabric are discussed, matters needing attention in following procedures are put forward, such as singeing, desizing, cold padding, presetting, engraving, paste preparation, printing and post finishing.
