高寒草地无鼠害示范区建设经济平衡分析

摘　　要：运用以生物防治为主的综合防治技术和以植被恢复为主的生态控制技术在川西北草原建成58.46万hm2的草原无鼠害示范区,示范区内植被盖度、高度增加,产草量明显提高,草原鼠害基本消除。按照《农业科研成果经济效益计算方法》,对挽回牧草损失、新增总产值、新增纯收益、年经济效益、科研投资年均纯收益率等经济指标进行了计算分析。结果显示:挽回牧草损失178610万kg,新增总产值35 722万元,新增纯收益486.34元/hm2,年经济效益5 578万元,科研投资年均纯收益率6.62,经济效益显著。Some 0.5 million ha non-rodent damage demonstration zone were established in northerwest Sichuan province using biology control and revegetation techniques. The coverage, height and forage yield of increased and rodent damage eliminated obviously within the demonstration district. Some 1. 786 million tone forage and additional 3.5 billion RMB yuan in total output were gained. The additional net income, annual economic efficiencyt and net investment efficiency between research funding input and out were 486.34, 55.78 million RMB yuan and 6.62, calculated based on ＂regulation for economic efficiency calculation for research achievement in agricultural sector＂.
