摘 要:基于Hele-Shaw流动模型,采用广义牛顿流体本构方程,建立了三维薄壁塑件的水辅助注射成型充模过程数学模型,采用有限元/有限差分/控制体积法数值求解。对薄壁平板塑件的水辅助注射成型充模过程进行了模拟,模拟得到的熔体前沿位置与前人实验结果吻合较好,浇口处压力变化、水的厚度分布及平均温度分布合理,验证了所建立的模型和采用的数值模拟方法的有效性。Based on Hele-Shaw flow model and generalized newtonian fluid constitutive equation, a 3D mathematical model of the filling process of water-assisted injection molding for thin-walled parts was established. Using the finite element/ finite difference/ control volume methods to get the numerical solution. A numerical simulation example of the filling process of WAIM for a sheet plate was set up. The simulation results on the melt flow-front and shape agree well with the experi- mental results presented in the former literatures. And the variation in the pressure at the gate, the thickness distribution of water and the average temperature distribution at the end of filling course are reasonable. It indicates the effectiveness of the mathematical model and numerical simulation methods for the part.
