摘  要:通过分析镶片零件的成形工艺,指出了零件在冲压过程中易出现的问题和薄弱环节,编制出冲压工艺。提出采用主辅2种定位机构对条料定位,定位可靠。采取了若干防止零件变形的技术措施,减少了冲压工序,使模具结构简化,保证了零件形状及尺寸精度要求。The stamping process for a sheet component was worked out after an analysis on the forming technique of the part. Two sorts of locating mechanism, fundamental and assistant, were applied to gnarantee reliable positioning, Some technical measures to prevent the deformation of the products were adopted and the stamping procedures were reduced. The die structure was thus simplified and the demand for the figure and dimensional accuracy were met.
