针推喘敏点对支气管哮喘大鼠血清IL-4、血浆Sp及VIP含量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针推喘敏点治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及作用机制。方法采用卵清蛋白致敏后诱发哮喘大鼠模型,设立:正常组、模型组、喘敏组、定喘组和肺俞组。采用夹心ELISA法检测血清白介素-4(IL-4)含量,放射免疫法检测血浆血管活性肠肽(VIP)和血浆P物质(Sp)水平;HE染色,光镜下观察肺组织炎细胞浸润程度。结果:造模后大鼠血清IL-4、血浆Sp升高显著和VIP显著下降,与正常组比较有显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后,各组指标均有改善,但与模型组比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);各治疗组组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针推喘敏点调整血清IL-4、血浆Sp及VIP水平,改善大鼠支气管哮喘作用不明显,其作用与定喘、肺俞相当;在同一腧穴上,同时给予电针和推拿,不能产生叠加效应。objective.To study the mechanisms and curative effect of electro -acupuncture ＆ massage Chuanmin（ located the both sides of below of the spinous process of the sixth cervical vertebra） on the bronchus asthma in rats. Methods Asthmatic models of SD rats were established by immunization with ovalbumin （ OVA ）, and they were randomly divided into 5 groups： blank matched group, model matched group, Chuanmin group, Dingchuan group and Feishu group. The level of IL -4 in serum was measured by ELISA, the levels of Sp and VIP in plasmas were detected via radioimmunoassay, and pathologic sections of Lung tissue were under the optic - microscope after HE dye to observe the inflection degree of inflammatory cells. Results The levels of IL - 4 in serum and Sp in plasma were all remarkably higher, and the level of VIP was obviously lower in plasma in model matched group than those in blank matched group （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treat- ments, the indexes of each remedial group were so slightly improved that they were not distinctly differences in comparison with those of blank matched group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Between the remedy groups, there were not statistical significances（ P 〉 0.05 ）. conclusion It was not obvious for the effects of electro - acupuncture ＆ massage on Chuanmin to improve the lung tissues pathologic changes of asthma rats and the symptoms via the mechanism to decrease plasma Sp and IL -4 and raise VIP levels. Its curative effect was similar to that of Dingchuan ＆ Feishu,. The effects of the two treatments of electro - acupuncture ＆ massage which were both used didnt produce the better effects.
