摘　　要：目的:建立测定安脑片中冰片、薄荷脑的气相色谱法。方法:采用直接进样毛细管气相色谱法,程序升温,色谱柱为HP-INNOWax毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25um),载气为氮气,FD检测器。结果:冰片在(0.26436～2.6436)μg内呈线性关系,回收率为102.55%,RSd为1.8%;薄荷脑在(0.1152～1.152)μg内呈线性关系,回收率为101.01%,RSD为2.0%。结论:此法简便,准确,重现性好。Objective：To establish a GC method for the determination of Borneol And Menthol in Annao Tablets.Methods：HP-INNO Wax CAPILLARY COLUMN（30m×0.32mm×0.25um）was used.A temperature program was aplied with FID detector,N2 was as carrier gas.Results：The linear range of borneol was 0.26436-2.6436μg and the average recovery were 102.55%,RSD=1.8%;The linear range of menthol was 0.1152-1.152μg and the average recovery wrer 101.01%,RSD=2.0%.Conclusion：This method is simple ,Convenient accurate and repeatability.
