摘 要:选用15个具有代表性的南瓜自交系,采用多系测交法组配了54个杂交组合,随机抽取38个杂交组合进行分析。结果表明,南瓜的杂种优势较为普遍,产量、单瓜重、可溶性固形物的中亲优势平均值分别为0.177、0.034、0.006,最高值分别为1.280、0.768、0.441,无论是平均值还是最高值,产量的中亲优势值均明显高于单瓜重和可溶性固形物的中亲优势;在6个南瓜测交系中,产量和可溶性固形物一般配合力的最高值分别为112和229。54 pumpkin crosses were made by representative fifteen inbred lines in multiple line cross method. 38 crosses were selected in random and analyzed. The results showed that pumpkin heterosis is at large in 38 crosses, the average and highest of yield,weight of single fruit,soluble solid content mid-parent heterosis are 0.177,0.034,0.006 and 1.28,0.768,0.441 respectively, whether average or the highest,yield has obvious mid-parent heterosis then weight of single fruit and soluble solid contento The highest GCA of yield and soluble solid content are 112 and 229 in six test-crossing pumpkin inbred lines.
