摘 要:目的探讨黄芪对乙型肝炎病毒抗原表达的抑制作用。方法黄芪作用于体外培养的HepG2.2.15细胞,观察黄芪对HepG2.2.15细胞分泌HBsAg,HBeAg的影响及药物的细胞毒性。结果黄芪作用于HepG2.2.15细胞12d后,对细胞的半数毒性浓度(CD50)1500ng/ml,对HBsAg和HBeAg抑制的半数有效浓度(ID50)分别为115.4μg/ml和317.2μg/ml,黄芪对HBsAg和HBeAg的治疗指数(TI)分别13.00,4.73。结论黄芪在体外细胞培养中对HBsAg及HBeAg的分泌有较好的抑制作用。Objective To study the in vitro anti - HBV effect of Astragalus. Methods The in vitro inhibitory effect of Astragalus on the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg in HepG 2.2.15 cell line was examined. The toxicity of Astragalus on HepG 2.2.15 cell line was also studied. Results The CD50 of Astragalus on HepG 2.2.15 cell line was 1 500 ng/ml. CD50 of Astragalus on the inhibition of HBsAg and HBeAg expression was 115.4 μg/ml and 317.2 μg/ml, respectively. The treatment index (TI) of Astragalus was 13.00 and 4.73, respectively. Conclusion Astragalus strongly inhibits the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg in HepG 2.2.15 cell line.
