摘　　要：集成了MSN Messenger、语音卡打电话和发送短信息三种通信方式开发了面向快递行业的智能通知系统。系统根据实际情况智能地选择一种合理的通知方式实时准确地将订单信息传达给收派员,使收派员能及时地完成收派件工作;此外,系统的多线程机制提高了消息通知的鲁棒性和实时性。Integrated three kinds of communication methods which were the MSN Messenger, dialogic card calling and sending short messages to exploit an intelligent notification system of facing express industry. Considering the features of these methods, the system would choose the more reasonable method intelligently to deliver the orders to clerks timely and exactly according to the actual situation, so that the clerks could accomplish their missions in good time. Besides, the introduction of the multithreading improved the robustness and real-time character of the system.
