摘　　要：利用高效液相色谱法测定了自然状态下小叶锦鸡儿、梨、枣、桃4个树种的芽、叶、枝中甜菜碱的含量。结果表明:各树种芽中均含有高水平的甜菜碱;从叶片和枝条水平来看,小叶锦鸡儿与枣的水平相近,梨与桃相近,且叶片和枝条结果正好相反。In the experiment HPLC was used to test the content of sugarbeet betaine in the buds,leaves and branch of Caragana microphylla,pear,peach and jujube under the nature state. The results showed that all buds of them contain high level betaine; From the betaine level of leaves and branch it was known that Caragana microphylla and jujube, and pear and peach have similar levels of betaine respectively,while the results of leaves and branch are quite contrary.
