摘 要:采用病区自然发病鉴定初选、人工接种、病圃重复鉴定复选的方法,对816份玉米种质资源进行了矮花叶病、粗缩病两种病害的抗性鉴定。经鉴定筛选出抗矮花叶病优良自交系25份、抗病丰产杂交种17份、抗粗缩病优良自交系33份、抗病丰产杂交种29份;同时高抗两种病毒病的优良自交系7份、丰产杂交种9份。不同来源的材料,抗病性有较大差异,杂交种优于自交系;热带亚热带玉米改良自交系抗病比例远远大于国内温带系。A total of 816 maize gemplasms were identified for resistance to maize dwarf mosaic virus and maize rough dwarf virus by natural infection in the field which is easy to be affect with the two diseases. Among them, the resistant maize germplasrns were identified by field inoculated. Results showed that 25 good maize inbred lines and 17 abundant maize hybrids were high resistant to MDMV;33 good maize lines and 29 abundant maize hybrids were high resistant to MRDV. 7 good maize lines and 9 abundant maize hybrids were high resistant to the two kinds of virus. The resistance of germplasms to MDMV and MRDV were significant difference, maize hybrids' resistance is better than maize lines' , tropical and subtropical maize inbred lines'resistance is far greater than that of lines of temperate's in China.
