摘  要:目的探讨Balb/c小鼠系统感染白色念珠菌后免疫功能的动态变化。方法MTT法检测ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖功能;ELISA法测定血清IL-18、IFN-γ和IL-4水平;RBC-C3bRR法观察红细胞的黏附功能;真菌培养计算左肾白色念珠菌数。结果高低剂量组感染组T淋巴细胞增殖功能呈上升趋势,至感染后第7天达正常水平;IL-18水平均从感染第1天骤降后,至感染后第7天达正常水平;而IFN-γ始终高于正常对照组及免疫功能低下组;IL-4于感染1d后降低,至第7天后高于正常对照组。低剂量组感染白色念珠菌后对RBC-C3bRR有刺激增强作用。高低剂量组的白色念珠菌的廓清能力随时间延长均增强。结论Balb/c小鼠高低剂量感染白色念珠菌时,对ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖功能有一定的刺激增强作用;感染早期多以Th1型细胞应答为主,后期Th1/Th2型细胞因子均升高,示体液免疫也参与了机体抗白色念珠菌感染。Blab/c小鼠低剂量感染白色念珠菌对RBC-C3bRR有刺激增强作用。Blab/c小鼠高低剂量感染白色念珠菌后,其廓清能力随时间延长而不断增强。Objective To explore the kinesis changes of immunologic function in mice infected systemically with Candida albicans (CA). Methods MIT was used to measure ConA-induced spleen lymphocyte proliferation; ELISA was used to detect the levels of IL-18, IL- 4, and IFN-γ in the serum; RBC-C3bRR test was used to observe the adhesion ability of erythrocyte. The colony of CA in the left kidney was also counted. Results In these mice infected with Candida Albicans at high or low dose CA, T lymphocyte proliferation activity was enhanced and arrived the normal level at the 7th day. The level of IL-18 sharply decreased at the first day and reached to the normal level at the 7th day. The level of IFN-'I was always higher than that of the normal group and the low immunologic function group. IL-4 decreased 1 day post-infection and was higher than that of the normal group 7 days later. The low dose infecting CA had some stimulus to RBC-C3bRR. The clearance of the high or low dose infecting group has been enhanced as time went by. Conclusion In mice infected with CA at high or low dose, T lymphocyte proliferation activity induced by ConA is enhanced. The immune response against CA is mainly mediated by Thl in the earlier stage, while the humoral immunity also takes part in the response in the later stage. Low dose CA-infection has some stimulus to RBC-C3bRR. The clearance after high or low dose infecting is enhanced as time goes by.
