卡介菌多糖核酸注射液对2型糖尿病患者免疫功能的调节

摘　　要：目的:观察卡介菌多糖核酸注射液对2型糖尿病患者免疫功能的影响。方法:64例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组单纯控制血糖;治疗组控制血糖同时隔日皮下注射卡介菌多糖核酸1mL,共36d。观察2组治疗前1个月与治疗后1个月血IgA、IgG、IgM、T淋巴细胞亚群、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、人均感染事件的变化。结果:2组IgG、IgM、CD4、CD4/CD8比值均较治疗前升高,但治疗组更明显(P<0.05);2组人均感染事件较治疗前均降低,但治疗组更明显(P<0.05);2组HbA1c均较治疗前下降,但治疗组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸可改善2型糖尿病患者的免疫功能,有利于血糖控制。OBJECTIVE： To observe the effect of polysaceharidc nucleic acid fraction of Bacillus Calmette Guerin（BCGPNA） injection on the immune function in type- 2 diabetic patients.METHODS： A total of 64 patients with type- 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treated group and control group： the control group given blood glucose control alone while the treatment group was injected hypodermically with 1mL BCG- PNA injection every other day for 36 days plus the blood glucose control.Levels of IgA, IgG, IgM, T-lymphocytesubsets, HbA1c and the per capita infection event of two groups were monitored before treatment and after 1 month＇s treatment.RESULTS：As compared with before treatment, IgG, IgM, CD4（ % ）, and CD4/CD8 ratio were increased in both groups, much as in the treatment group（P 〈 0.05） ;the per capita infection events were reduced in both groups, much as in the treatment group（P〈0.05）, and HbA1c were decreased in both groups, much as in the treatment group（ P 〈 0.05）.CONCLUSION：BCG- PNA can improve the immune function in type- 2 diabetic patients, which is conducive to the blood glucose control.
