摘　　要：介绍了农药悬乳剂加工及实验理论依据,对25%丙环唑·多菌灵悬乳剂的配方进行了研究,简述了该剂型的特点、配方选择和贮存稳定性,确定了较佳配方组成:丙环唑11%,多菌灵14%,亚甲基双萘磺酸盐1.5%,苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐2.5%,二甲苯5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙2.5%,苯乙烯基苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段型聚醚1.5%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚改性磷酸酯1.5%,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚0.5%,硅酸镁铝2%,黄原胶0.5%,乙二醇4%,正辛醇0.5%,水53%,并提出了配制方法及其质量控制指标。实验结果表明,该配方产品悬浮率90%以上,热贮(54℃±2℃,14d)分解率小于5%,产品各项指标符合悬乳剂的要求。The paper introduces processing and experiment theoretical foundation of SE, study of formula of propiconazol-carbendazim 25% SE and its characteristic, formulation selection and storing stability. The composition, manufacture method and specification for quality control were described as well. The composition consists of propiconazol 11%, carbendazim14%, sodium methylene bis-naphthalene sulfonate 1.5%, soprophor HY-2 2.5% , dimethylbenzene 5%, calcium dodecylbenzene sulfonate 1.5%, emulsifier 33＇ 1.5%, phosphate ester 500^# 1.5%, sulfonation 603^# 0.5%, magnesium aluminosilicate 2.0%, xanthan gum 0.5%, ethylene glycol 4.0%, octanol 0.5% and water 53% were determined. The experimental results of the products showed that suspension rate was over 90% and the decomposition rate of its active ingredient was less than 5% at （54±2）℃ with 14 days which conformed to the requirements for the formulation.
