20%氟铃·辛乳油高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定20%氟铃·辛乳油中氟铃脲、辛硫磷的含量。以150mm×4.6mm(i.d.)不锈钢柱为色谱柱,内装C18填充物(粒径5μm);以乙腈-水(体积比为61∶39)为流动相,检测波长为254.32nm。结果表明,该方法测得氟铃脲、辛硫磷标准偏差分别为0.04、0.29,变异系数分别为1.7%、1.4%,线性相关系数分别为0.9992、0.9999,回收率分别为98.84%、99.25%。本方法操作简单、灵敏度高。A method was introduced for the determination of hexaflumuron and phoxim by HPLC in hexaflumuronphoxim 20% EC. Using a Eclipse XDB-C18 column, methanol-water（61：39, by vol） as mobile phase, and determination at 254.32 nm, the result showed that the standard deviations were 0.04 and 0.29, the coefficients of variation were 1.7 and 1.4, the linear relative correlations were 0.9992 and 0.9999, respectively.
