摘 要:单嘧磺酯是我国自主研发的一种新型除草剂,目前已经在农业生产中推广应用。以原生动物为靶标生物对单嘧磺酯进行24h急性毒性试验,结果表明,原生动物群落急性中毒的最大无致死量为0.25g/L,随着单嘧磺酯质量浓度的增加,原生动物种类越来越少,肉足类的变形虫耐受力最差,其次是鞭毛类,其中以固着型纤毛虫和后生动物的耐受力最好,且单嘧磺酯质量浓度越大,其耐受优势越明显。Monosulfuron-ester is a novel-innovated herbicide, it has been widely used in agriculture. The toxicity of monosulfuron-ester with protozoan community as target organism was studied. In the 24 h-cute toxicity testing, maximal tolerance dose was 0.25 g/L. With the increase of monosulfuron-ester concentration, the protozoan commu- nity became less. The tolerance of sarcodina protozoan is the lowest, lower than that of mastigophora protozoan, ciliate protozoan and metazoa possessed the highest tolerance relatively. With the concentration of monosulfuronester increasing, the tolerant predominangce of ciliate protozoan and became much noticeable.
