摘  要:文章借助于喷油嘴各喷孔流量测试台和频闪喷雾成像系统等设备,并结合发动机台架试验,研究了喷油器流量系数变化对单缸直喷柴油机性能的影响。结果表明,增大0.30喷油器流流量系数可使ZH1105柴油机在标定工况和低速大扭矩工况下的工作性能有明显提高。通过对燃油喷雾的分析,揭示了流量系数影响柴油机性能的原因。In this paper, with the help of jet orifices flux measure system, the taken photo system with stroboscope on pump test-bed and other equipment, linkage the test in ZH1105 diesel engine, the influence of flow coefficient change on ZH1105 diesel engine is studied. The experiment results show that enlarging flow coefficient of Ф0.30 injector nozzle can made ZH1105 diesel engines better performance at low speed and heavy load or declared condition. Through the analysis of fuel spray, the reason that how the flow coefficient change affect engine performance is illustrated.
