摘 要:面对多品种、小批量的生产模式,企业需要具有一定的产能柔性,而工艺规程的优劣直接影响产能柔性的三维指标。为此,建立了面向制造过程产能柔性的工艺规程优化数学模型,并基于改进遗传算法进行了工艺规程的多目标优化,获得使生产时间、成本综合最优的工艺规程,以指导生产,从而提高制造过程产能柔性,使企业具有一定的竞争能力。In the face of multi-variety and small batch production, enterprises should have certain capacity flexibility, and process procedure of manufacturing companies affect directly the three index of capacity flexi- bility. So, the optimal mathematical model of process procedure oriented to capacity flexibility of manufactur- ing process was founded, and multi-objective optimization of process procedure based on improved genetic al- gorithm were carried out to gain the integrated optimization of time, cost and capacity scope of enterprises. Therefore, the improved capacity flexibility of manufacturing process can make enterprises have certain competitive capacity.
