摘 要:介绍了载体淀粉胶粘剂的制备工艺,着重研究了无硼对载体淀粉胶粘剂性能的影响。通过用交联剂A、B、C、D、E取代硼砂进行条件试验,试验表明采用交联剂A效果最好,并确定了它的最佳含量。通过用复合剂、耐水剂对交联剂A和硼砂进行对照实验,得出了相应的结论。结果表明该交联剂A可以取代有毒的硼砂制备淀粉胶粘剂,值得推广应用。The manufacturing ethnics of carriers starch adhesive were introduced, and the effect of non-boron on the performance of carriers starch adhesive was studied; Different crosslinkers A, B, C, D, and E were used to replace borax to prepare starch adhesive. The results showed that the effect of crosslinker A was best, and its optimum dosage was determined. Through the different experiments of compound reagent and water-tolerant reagent used in crosslinker A starch adhesive and borax starch adhesive, the corresponding conclusions were obtained. All the results showed that crosslinker A can replace borax in manufacturing starch adhesive and it worth promoting.
