HPLC测定大花罗布麻颗粒中罗布麻甲素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立大花罗布麻颗粒中罗布麻甲素的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18分析柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-1g.L-1磷酸水溶液(40∶60);流速1mL.min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长358nm。结果罗布麻甲素在0.021～0.210μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,平均回收率为101.3%,RSD为2.9%(n=9)。结论方法简便、专属、重现性好,可有效控制大花罗布麻颗粒的质量。Objective To develop a method for determination of isoquercitrin in Dahua Luobuma Granules. Methods HPLC with C18 （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1 g·L^-1 phosphoric acid （40 ： 60）, with flow rate 1 mL·min^-1 and detection wavelength at 358 nm. Results The linear range was from 0.021 μg to 0. 210 μg （ r =0. 999 5） for isoquercitrin, and its average recovery was 101.3 %. Conclusion The method is convenient, selective and reproducible for determination of isoquercitrin in Dahua Luobuma Granules.
