摘 要:在微型固定床反应装置和脉冲式反应装置上,常压条件下,研究了反应温度、m(H2O)/m(C4)以及停留时间等因素对混合C4催化裂解制丙烯的影响。结果表明:提高反应温度,丙烯收率增加,速率先快后缓,温度过高干气增加明显,丙烯选择性下降;适宜的m(H2O)/m(C4)和停留时间,可抑制氢转移反应的发生和干气的生成,从而增加丙烯收率和选择性。Studies were performed under atmospheric pressure in a fixed-bed microreactor and an on-line pulse reactor chromatograph to determine the effect of temperature, m(H2O)/m(C4) and residence time on producing propylene from C4 mixture. The experimental results showed that the yield of propylene increased with the increase of reaction temperature, but higher temperature resulted in obviously increasing dry gas yield and decreasing selectivity of propylene. The optimum m(H2O)/m(C4) and residence time could inhibit hydrogen transfer reaction and the yield of dry gas, and increase the yield and selectivity ofpropylene.
